Shipping policy

Please allow up to 2 weeks for "Ready-to-Ship" items to be delivered, and up to 4 weeks for any custom made items. If we are unable to make this deadline for whatever reason, we will send a notification to the email attached to the order and offer free shipping for the inconvenience. Mahalo for your understanding.
